Hazardous Chemicals

While there is no denying that the chemical water treatment industry has successfully provided a quality service for decades, there is also no denying that the cost to our environment and our bodies has been extensive. It is a documented fact that over 600 chemicals can now be found in the human body which did not exist prior to the year 1900.*

If your company is presently utilizing chemical water treatment, take a few minutes and review the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for the chemicals in your facility. A few chemicals will likely include chlorine, tolytriazole, sodium hydroxide, hydrocarbon solvents, etc. These chemicals require personal protective equipment to be handled, and are classified as potentially lethal hazards by OSHA.
