Very Warm Weather Use

The system schematic shown below illustrates a water source heat pump system running in a cooling mode on a very warm day. Additional system cooling, (cooling tower operation) is providing mechanical tempering of the main water loop. The cooling tower operation is only required to maintain a maximum loop water temperature of 90°F.
